Someone overseeing work on the 5 northbound lanes just north of the 14 need to be apprised of this. They have VERY bight lights at a low height aiming DIRECTLY into traffic lanes at night. I have seen several near collisions, people slamming on brakes because they are blinded. The other night when it was raining, it was literally impossible to see as that bright light on your wet windshield rendered it opaque and blinding. It was really scary. Someone at DOT or CALTRANS must stop this before someone is killed.
