The City of Santa Clarita Public Library invites community members to join Bill Miranda, CEO of the Santa Clarita Valley Latino Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. as he presents “Hablando de Negocious: Talking Business,” a program to help business owners better understand and embrace the Latino Marketplace. The presentation is free and will be held in the Community Room at the Old Town Newhall Library, located at 24500 Main Street.

Miranda’s presentation will address topics such as; how best to communicate with the Latino customer base; how attracting Latino customers can help grow your business, increase sales and improve profits; demographics of the Latino market; and how Latinos are the fastest growing purchasing population segment in the United States.
Bill Miranda is President of the Bill Miranda Leadership Center and CEO of the Santa Clarita Valley Latino Chamber of Commerce. As a Santa Clarita Valley community leader, Miranda is a member of the College of the Canyons Chancellor’s Circle and on the advisory board of Single Mothers Outreach of Santa Clarita. Miranda previously served as a counselor with the Small Business Development Center, where he counseled hundreds of business owners about starting, growing and operating successful companies. Miranda continues to be a motivational speaker and trainer, teaching leadership skills to thousands of entrepreneurs throughout the world.
