This wackadoodle column by Joe Messina appears right after Time magazine publishes the study revealing that college students aren’t having any more sex than previous generations.

You know Joe would only approve of Liberty University anyway.
By the way, the book Messina refers to is called “Fun Home” and is about a young woman’s search for her identity.

It’s not about sex.
But neither is Messina’s column. So don’t let sex, or the sexually-repressed right’s obsession with it, hide the real intent. That’s just a salacious headline and link-bait.
As with last week’s column, Messina’s real point is that students are a group that tend to be liberal, and vote Democratic Party.
Because it’s all about demonizing Democrats for 2016. The rightwing fringe has taken up attacking any group who might tend to vote Democratic Party: blacks, women, minorities, seniors, students and youth.

It’s telling that Messina and his rightwing fringe “Christian” Dominionists think that “left,” “progressive” and “Socialist,” along with Democrat and liberal, have the same meaning and are interchangable.
Because the right has nothing to offer but suppression, obstruction, fear-mongering and propaganda. That is what is really immoral.
