AdPros LA, member of the American Advertising Federation, announced its 2014 American Advertising (“ADDY”) Award winners Sunday at the Tournament Players Club in Valencia.
Companies and individuals were honored for their achievements and creativity in areas ranging from marketing and campaigns to websites and brochures. Awards presented were Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Awards of Merit with top honors as Best of Show awarded to Digital Kitchen for LAX Bradley International Terminal Digital Environment, created for client Los Angeles World Airports.

Will Sherwood, president of The Sherwood Group and founding president of AdPros LA, was awarded the prestigious Silver Medal Award, which honors individuals who have made meaningful and impactful contributions to the advertising industry during their career.

The American Advertising Awards are the world’s largest advertising competition with over 50,000 entries nationwide. This unique competition is comprised of three levels of judging, which include local, regional, and national. Gold winners at the local level are automatically forwarded to judging at the district level where they will compete with other chapters encompassing Las Vegas, San Diego, Inland Empire, Orange County, Los Angeles Metro, San Bernadino, Palm Desert and Santa Barbara. Winners from the district competition will advance to the national level with awards presented late May in Boca Rotan, Florida.
