useicannabisUSEI Cannabis Initiatives Corp. of Santa Clarita said in a statement Monday: USEI has remained diligent in its effort to execute the organizations plans and objectives. The focus is on cannabis, medical marijuana and hemp for developing products and services in the U.S. markets where cannabis is legal. Our goal this year is to continue to create Strategic Partnerships with existing cannabis related companies in the industry and market our products and to produce significant revenue, and add value for our shareholders.

According to Anthony Miller CEO “On July 1, 2014 USEI entered into a venture, and signed a definitive agreement with: The UC (dba The Ultimate Cure LLC) is a developer and marketer of various cannabis and hemp products in the state of Washington that contain cannabis and hemp (containing high CBD) without the intoxicating effects of THC. Our ‘Strategic Alliance’ has established and created a sales and marketing plan to immediately extend the distribution of CBD Cannabis and hemp products throughout the state of Washington wherever it is allowable. The goal for the Alliance is to work together to open two (2) initial stores in the State of Washington (one in Tacoma and one in Puyallup) that service customers needing CBD/cannabis products without the side effects of THC. Our agreement will target other regions within the state where we find compelling opportunities. Our agreement allows for our collective companies to work together to garner a significant portion of this market-share. As part of this agreement USEI will market edible products in these retail locations under the name Real McCoy Genuine Products, as well as vapor pens, topical and tinctures all under the same name (distribution of these products will not just be limited to this venture).”

“These locations will be open for business in the next 2 weeks. The facilities are currently being fully stocked and will have a wide range of cannabis related products and will target patients that possess a wide range of ailments. This is a milestone that USEI has been seeking all year… a signed agreement that allows us to market our wares in a legal marketplace. These two stores represent the first of many stores that are contemplated not only in the state of Washington but all over the country. USEI’s Management objectives are to continue to pursue and expand our business into growing and recreational cannabis this year through other strategic arrangements that ultimately prove beneficial to our continued growth,” further commented Miller.

Cannabidiol – CBD – is a compound in cannabis that has significant medical effects, but does not make people feel “stoned” and can actually counter the psychoactivity of THC. The reduced psychoactivity of CBD-rich cannabis may make it an appealing treatment option for patients seeking anti-inflammatory, anti-pain, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic, and/or anti-spasm effects without disconcerting lethargy or dysphoria. Scientific and clinical studies underscore CBD’s potential as a treatment for a wide range of conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, alcoholism, MS, chronic pain, schizophrenia, PTSD, antibiotic-resistant infections, epilepsy, and other neurological disorders. CBD has demonstrated neuroprotective and neurogenic effects, and its anti-cancer properties are currently being investigated at several academic research centers in the United States and elsewhere.

Our goal here is to become an environmentally responsible firm, marketing our products to a worldwide audience to produce significant revenue and add value for our shareholders. We will continue to develop products for the Real McCoy brand in the coming months; including some products targeted to growers of cannabis. We have very ambitious goals and objectives for USEI Cannabis and we believe that we will have a very long presence in Colorado and Washington, and wherever cannabis is legal. 1. I’m sorry they are allowed to grow cannabis in Santa Clarita. Medical marijuana is a joke and used my kids. It’s much stronger than it was in the 70s and far more addictive!

There is and has been a cure for alcoholism for quite awhile…unfortunatly it is illegal…it was researched @ harvard…it saved my life…but the industry dosnt want to save lives…so it is discredited and banned…when you get behind the wheel…say your prayers…scv has a lot of drunk drivers day and night…

  6. Lol Shirley . Do you have any references ? Please tell me how it’s more addictive . And as far as stronger, you may be right, but that’s only because now it’s being produced and used to help many diseases patients with their conditions.

  7. BEST STORY EVER!!! What is the over/under on the number of plus 70’s heads that will explode? I want to start the bidding at 20.

  8. Lalo Saldana Lalo Saldana says:

Good luck selling bunk weed. Medicinal properties aside people want to get stoned. Nobody wants to eat a weed flavored brownie and not get stoned. It is a great concept. but being in Santa Clarita with mad amounts of
    “de-tetrahydrocannabinolized”
    Marijuana edibles is sketchy.

  9. *walks around with cane* my children have been smoking the devils lettuce and it’s been corrupting their minds *farts* Smoke cabbage hail jolly green giant

The apple. Maize. Sweet potatoes. Canibis Sativa. The most successful plants in history. I often wonder cui bono? Does the plant respond purely to our manipulation, or does the plant manipulate us to propagate itself?

  12. Dave Lee Dave Lee says:

Haha. Tom, sounds like you just smoked some.

  13. Hey Tyler. It’s 10 times stronger! A gateway drug. Ask drug dealers who they try to sell heroine and other more addictive drugs to first. Now the oil, very strong, is being used in E cigarettes(by kids too)Don’t give me that medical excuse. If it wasn’t addictive, how could they sell it for so much even with 25% tax on it. You must be using something. Beware, you may be an addict in denial.lol p.s survey just out, that it does very little for sick people.

  14. Debra says:

If you think it does very little for sick people, I suggest you look at Kaiser Permanent’s website, KP.Org. There are documented scientific studies describing in technical detail the use of medical cannibus to treat can er patients, and Kaiser documents sucess.

  15. Debra says:

cancer, not can er, apologies for the spelling error.
