Benutech, Inc. and the Southland Regional Association of Realtors announced an agreement to offer Benutech’s Tract Utility, one of the company’s most popular real estate software tools, as a member benefit to all 10,000-plus Realtor Members.
The agreement, which is scheduled to be implemented immediately, will enable SRAR real estate professionals to access in-depth data and sales analytics on the housing tracts or census tracts in their region. This information can help agents focus their marketing strategies into the areas where homes are selling more frequently, and therefore, more efficiently serve their homebuyers and sellers.

The Southland Regional Association of Realtors is located in the northern part of Los Angeles County.
