Newhall-headquartered Stomvi USA, one of the nation’s top trumpet companies, is proud to announce the launch of its new website. Having gone live last month, the website is designed to improve customer experience and ease of use.

While the Stomvi brand is already well known for excellence in the field, they are often considered the most expensive. This is a misconception, according to President Kasper Skinsnes. “We are competitive and often better priced than other companies,” he said. The new website will help alleviate this perception, as well as inform trumpeters about the best products for their sound.

Co-founded by Skinsnes, Carlos Miralles, and Vicente Honorato, Stomvi USA has always focused on helping brass players discover their sound and hone their music. The new site will promote this mission in a more user friendly format. “We have an extremely expansive and diverse product line. As a result, we simplified many aspects of our new site making it easier for our customers to navigate,” said Skinsnes.

Customer feedback is one of the most important focuses of the updated website. It features a section for customers to leave reviews. Product reviews will be shown on the individual page for each product. In addition, each mouthpiece page features a chart showing other mouthpieces that have been replaced by that specific Flex Mouthpiece. Instrument pages have similar information in regards to choosing the right Stomvi instrument.

Along with improving the customer experience, Stomvi USA aims to improve the accuracy and quality of information available about trumpets and mouthpieces online. To that end, they have added numerous articles, pictures and videos to their new site, and plan to continually expand their informational content.

According to Skinsnes, the site’s new sections on “The Gap,” “Acoustic Design,” and “How to Deal with Mouthpiece Rim Sizes” are some of the most important new pieces of information available. The increase in pictures and videos serve a dual purpose on the website. They provide a wealth of information, while also making the site more engaging for customers.

The new Stomvi USA site simplifies the ordering process. All mouthpieces now come with three different Flex Couplers. This provides the customer what they need to adjust their equipment and get the best results from a single purchase. Flex Couplers help the player, “dial in,” their Flex Mouthpiece and are one of the factors that sets Stomvi USA apart from their competitors.

The new website also accepts payments via Paypal, in addition to credit and debit cards. This change gives customers more freedom, and reflects the reality that many of their customers buy and sell online.

Another benefit to customers: the popular Torpedo Bags trumpet cases will be available at a significant discount when purchased at the same time as a trumpet.

The website transformation also includes a new wish list feature which will allow shoppers to bookmark products. Skinsnes fondly refers to the wish list feature as “convenience shopping. I wanted to let people shop on our site like they shop on Amazon.”

All the changes with the new site focus on streamlining the customer experience. “We spent a lot of time analyzing how players were interacting with our old site and made significant changes to improve the new site. We are confident that customers will spend more time on our site, be more engaged, and have more fun during their visits.”

Stomvi USA is a retailer of trumpets, mouthpieces and accessories in North America. Founded by trumpeters, their mission statement is: To supply instruments and mouthpieces that take the player to the next level musically by providing more sound for less work. Stomvi USA is headquartered in Santa Clarita, CA. You can learn more about them on their website stomvi-usa.com. They can be reached directly by phone at 888-702-7277.
