Randy Northcote is Ready to Ride
Randy is no stranger to medical conditions. After undergoing life-saving surgeries in 1997 caused by Crohn’s, Randy decided to do anything to help kids fighting the same battle. In 2005, he first experienced The Painted Turtle as a volunteer cabin counselor and has returned every year since.
Randy’s motivation to ride in the Tour de Turtle is simple, “Seeing a camper smile, giggle, and laugh from ear to ear.”
Join Randy at our annual Tour de Turtle bike ride on Oct.17. Or participate in the new Turtle Trek 2 mile run, walk or roll at camp with family and friends. 100 percent of proceeds will go to sending children with serious medical conditions to camp.
Randy will be the first to say “If you’ve never been to camp before, you should give it a try. It will change your life, guaranteed.”

Damon’s Fit Tip
Why should I stretch after I ride?
Post ride stretching is like an oil change for your blood and muscles! Cleaning out the metabolic waste, restoring functional circulation and expending that extra unwanted carbon dioxide that slows down recovery and impairs correct breathing.
