The College of the Canyons Institute for Culinary Education is planning to serve lunch in the new dining room.
Starting March 3, ICUE reopens for the spring semester edition of its popular Thursday Luncheons.
Under the supervision of ICUE faculty member Chef Daniel Otto, culinary arts students will prepare and serve a prix fixe menu in the institute’s unique glass-walled dining room. Seating is available between 11 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. on March 3, March 10, March 17, March 24 and March 31.
Reservations can be made on the ICUE webpage by selecting a date, time and entering a name, party size and contact information. Please note any food allergies and ICUE will do its best to make reasonable accommodations.
The cost for lunch is $20 per person. Tipping is not obligatory; however, cash tips are applied toward an end-of-the-semester educational celebration for the students.
ICUE can only accept Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards for payment. A reservation offers you the first available table upon arrival for the size of your party.
ICUE staff will confirm reservations, e-mail directions and parking permits the day before service.
Book reservations [here]. For any questions, cancellations or last minute changes, please call (661) 362-3620 or email icue.restaurant@canyons.edu.
