She was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon on school personnel, interfering with request for emergency services, and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
04/30/16
Burglary (Vehicle) – 24700 block of The Old Road
Person(s) unknown smashed the rear passenger window of the victim’s vehicle and stole her purse (valued at $3,000.00) which contained $500.00 in U.S. currency. The vehicle was left unattended with the purse in plain view.
Tip of the Week: Leaving High Value Items in Vehicles
Never leave high value items, such as purses, wallets, GPS devices, laptop computers, cell phones, etc, in your vehicle in plain view when unattended. This is an easy opportunity for a thief to damage your vehicle and take the items.Whenever possible, remove such items from your vehicle and take them with you.If this is not an option, secure the items in your trunk and out of view.Thieves usually look for an easy target that will pay off quickly. If a thief were to look into your vehicle and not see anything of interest, there is a good chance that the thief will leave your vehicle alone.
