[Ventura CHP] – On Friday, Sept. 16, at 3:55 a.m., a fatal traffic collision occurred involving a white 2009 Volkswagen STI, a brown 2016 Ford F-250, and an orange 2014 Ford Fusion on State Route 126, west of Old Telegraph Road.
A male driver, age 20 out of Fillmore, was driving a 2009 Volkswagen STI on eastbound State Route 126, west of Old Telegraph Road. William Bullis, age 63 out of Lake Hughes, was driving a 2016 Ford F-250 on westbound State Route 126, west of Old Telegraph Road along with a female passenger, age 66 out of Lakes Hughes.

Mr. Bullis, Mr. Davis and the female passenger all sustained minor injuries and were treated at the collision scene. All vehicles sustained major damage.
