cocjobcareerfair2015Residents seeking employment are invited to the Veterans Job Fair held at America’s Job Center of California on Friday.

The event will be held on November 18, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00a.m.

The job fair is free and open to the public and will be held at the College of the Canyons University Center, located at 26455 Rockwell Canyon Road, in the first floor lobby. Veterans seeking employment are encouraged to attend.

Many employers will be at the job fair with over 100 available positions including Airbolt Group, AMF Fulfillment, Cardinal Health, Catalyst SGI, Donaldson Company, Hamilton Private Security, ITT Control Technologies, Jay Nolan Community Services, Saje Natural Wellness, Target and Wesco Aircraft. America’s Job Center of California hosts an array of employment preparedness workshops and events and provides veterans priority to center services, which include a combination of education, training and career counseling to help them re-renter the civilian workforce and achieve a competitive edge in the labor market.
