Hope Bubba finds him in juvenile hall.
Yep because we all agree that the correct penalty for misdemeanor DUI is sodomy.
Timothy Myers it kind of teaches a lesson all on its own. Rectum damn dear killed’em.
Some lessons are learned the hard way. Get it the hard way!?
Too old for juvenile hall
20 years old is not a minor. He’s a legal adult who was underage drinking.
He can’t be an adult and under-age at the
same time.
18 is adult, 20 is under age for drinking in California
Nina Marie
20 is not a minor
Maybe he is actually a minor.. Like he works down a pit?
Why are they calling him a minor??
WTH.. Drunk at 5:30 in the morning.. He needs to get his life together and start acting like an adult..
Probably learned it from his parents.
Bars close around 3, so it’s not uncommon to still be drunk 2-1/2 hours later…
Jill Olmstead true.. But he was 20! No bars for him.
Holly Aispuro Rebecca Edwards Short Nichole Nunez way too close to home!!
Cory Sanchez
DUI in the morning? And a 20 yr old is an adult not a minor! When are people going to learn!!
Great, soon these morons can make North Los Angeles look like South Los Angeles. Drunk at 5:00 on a Friday morning…go get a job you complete loser
They are calling him a minor as 20 is under the age of consent for drinking, which as we know, is 21. And someone who works in a pit, digging ore and gems, is a MINER with an “e”.
Jade Ramirez
20 is not a minor… wrong headline
Idiot
He’s considered a minor when it comes to drinking age, c’mon people gotta be smarter than that
Still not considered a “minor”. It’s “underage drinking”
If you replace minor with underage drinking in the headline it doesn’t exactly make sense now does it
Roger Wagner
A coal minor?
CLANK!
Luz Elena Gomez ur friend buddy omg buddy ?
Alan Neterer Jr
So sad to see what SCV residents are making of the city I once thought was safe and peaceful, every other day you see horrible things like this… but again if the system would have harsh punishments for DUI drivers I’m sure the number would decrease significantly. #STOP BUILDING HOMES ITS TOO CROWDED
A “minor” is under the age of 18….
Most DUIs occur in the wee hours of the mourning.. not sure why anyone would be surprised by that! Bars typically close between 2-3am (new law is going to allow closing at 4am)… it can take many hours for alcohol
To metabolize through your system – so being drunk at 5:30am… NOT uncommon
I went home like 340 Stephen Granados
You made 340?
No i went home at 340am. This happened before 5 am
I got stuck in scv went to castaic like 4 times. Doing rides back and forth.
Everyone is quick to judge. How about praying for everyone who was involved in this accident. It was a stupid choice yes, but pray! That’s what this world needs not more rude comments. Let the system deal with his consequences and keep your damn mouths shut! Prayers for Elias.
