LANCASTER – Trey Killian tossed seven shutout innings and Scott Burcham drove in four runs, as the JetHawks routed the San Jose Giants, 10-2, on Saturday night at The Hangar.
Killian (8-7) has now tossed 14 scoreless innings over his last two starts, tying Peter Lambert for the most by a JetHawk this season. The right-hander threw 106 pitches and scattered eight hits. He struck out six and did not walk a batter. The seventh inning was his only perfect frame of the night.

The game was scoreless entering the fourth inning and the JetHawks were yet to record a hit, but Sam Hilliard got the rally started with a one-out solo homer to left-center. Four more runs followed in the frame. Avery Romero delivered an RBI single and Burcham came through with the first of a pair of two-run doubles on the night.
Lancaster added four more runs in the fifth inning to break open the game. Roberto Ramos brought home the first run with an RBI single, Avery Romero later followed with an RBI double, and Burcham capped the frame with his second two-run double.
Hamlet Marte had an RBI single in the sixth inning to bring in the final run for the JetHawks. Ronnie Jebavy hit a two-run home run in the top of the ninth for San Jose to break up the shutout bid.
Hilliard and Ramos each recorded three hits for the JetHawks. San Jose went 1-for-11 with runners in scoring position and left nine on base.
