Now through June 15, 2012, the organization is accepting ideas for a new agency name and logo, with cash prizes awarded for first, second and third place winners.
Contest entries will be judged on originality, suitability, and design aesthetics and the same individual can submit in both the name and logo category. The contest is open to residents who work or attend school in: Artesia, Bell, Bellflower, Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport, Cerritos, Cudahy, Downey, Glendale, Huntington Park, Maywood, Paramount, Santa Clarita, South Gate, and Vernon. Contest winners will be notified on or after Friday, August 10, 2012 by mail or electronic mail, and only contest winners will be contacted. Winners should be available to attend a prize award ceremony on Wednesday, September 12, 2012.
