Once again, I urge all of you to please be aware of your surroundings. Secure all personal belongings. Do not leave your personal items (purses, book bags, lap tops, etc.) unattended or visible in your vehicles. Remember to secure your vehicles by rolling up all windows, locking all doors and when possible try to park in well-lit and highly visible areas. Report all suspicious activity by calling the Sheriff’s Station at 661-255-1121.
There were eight arrests made by Santa Clarita Deputies assigned to the Valencia area. The criminal charges included drunk in public, under the influence of alcohol, and shoplifting from local businesses.
