The 76.6-mile-long Antelope Valley Line has the third-highest ridership in Metrolink’s system with an estimated average of 9,000 passengers daily. I want the Laspisa family to know there are still people praying for Bryce’s safe return. Not knowing what happened to your child must be the worst agony. This case is in my thoughts every day, so I would appreciate updates.

According to the NCMEC, recognition of a missing child/person via missing child posters is the number one way of locating a missing child/person (personally, I believe internet social networks have become the number one source for locating a missing child or missing adult). Our charity believes both tools are important to use in the search for a long term missing child/adult. One of the annual Programs our charity (FOCUS/”3-Children” Organization – http://www.threechildrenfocus.org) has been doing since 1993 involves annual road-trips throughout the West and we both post individual missing children posters on community bulletin boards and also distribute 3-ring Missing Children Binders (containing several hundred current and long-term missing children and adult posters) to every Post Office in every town we travel through. During 2014 (our 21st year as a public supported charity) we have several of these missing child and adult flyer posting and distribution road-trips planned and will continue to include Bryce Laspisa’s missing child poster as one of the featured posters in our Program. We encourage everyone to please help these families of the missing by “Sharing” any missing child post you see on the internet, as well as making copies of Missing Children posters and have them displayed where you work and around the town you live. We also strongly encourage everyone to go to your local Post Office and see if the Postmaster is displaying the monthly printed “Missing Children Notices” that are published in the Postal Bulletin and sent to every Postmaster in this country. There’s over 31,000 Post Offices in the U.S. and the National Program that’s been created and developed to help locate a Missing Child (the NALC/USPS Child Alert National Program) would be an excellent networking system to distribute posters quickly; however, many Postmasters have been incorrectly informed they are no longer apart of this important National Program and not to display the monthly Missing Children Notices. It has been determined they are part of the National Program and unless they display the posters as the “Missing Children Poster Display Instructions” describe, this important National Program can not function according to it’s original intent or according to it’s written instructions; so, please go to your local Postmaster if they don’t have the monthly posters displayed and ask them to please become involved an start displaying these Missing Children Notices (imagine the peace of mind the family of a Missing Child would have if they knew over 31,000 Post Offices in this country had their missing loved-ones poster displayed in both the “box lobby” for the general public to view, and in the Postal Service workroom floor areas for the letter carriers to view before and/or after their route.

As you may recall, Bryce is an adult that has been deemed “willfully missing”. So, any reported sightings of him are appreciated as long as they are funneled through the proper sources, which are no longer involving law enforcement.
