[LASD] Detectives assigned to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station continued their investigation throughout the night into an alleged attempt kidnapping incident that occurred on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at approximately 8:30am in the area of Sierra Highway and Jakes Way, Santa Clarita. Detectives have located and are now in contact with a 13 year old female who they believe is the victim in this incident. Detectives have now also located and are in contact with additional witnesses.
Guillermo Lomeli Ceniceros, a 39 year old male from the Rosamond area was arrested on November 12, 2014 at approximately 9:15am by deputies assigned to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station. He is currently being held at the station on $100,000 bail and is due in North Valley Superior Court on November 14, 2014.

Detectives are continuing their investigation and this case of attempt kidnaping will ultimately be presented to the LA County District Attorney’s Office for filing consideration (-14520).
