Yep. Bullet train to nowhere is much more important than a project for something frivolous like WATER.

Meanwhile North I-5 is now wide enough for at least 6 lanes but is only 5, with a pointless & unnecessary right lane merge point at the bottom of the hill at the north end of the Gavin Cyn bridge. Yeah, let’s take years to build roads only to not use them, and waste millions on a money pit train that will only bankrupt itself. Sounds like sound financial and infrastructure management to me!
