Let’s Make Valentines!
Handmade valentines are the most cherished. Come to our Drop-In event, (best suited for upper elementary and older) held at the Old Town Newhall Library on February 6th from 3-4:30pm to make these watercolor valentines in recycled jewel cases. This event is free and no prior registration is required.
City of Santa Clarita’s Arts Master Plan
The Santa Clarita arts commissioners, along with the consultants who are creating the new city arts master plan, want to hear from you. Yes, YOU! Over the next few months residents will be asked to give input on how, where, and to whom the city’s art support should go. Don’t be left out of the conversation. The schedule for public input will be published in The Signal, on the city’s web site, and in the ARTree newsletters, web site and email notices. If you want art to be as important as sports, get to the meetings and make your opinions known.
ARTree Speaker Series
The ARTree Speaker Series begins Thursday, February 26th at the Old Town Newhall Library. Watch your email for details.
