bonefishgrillBonefish Grill, a chain restaurant specializing in market-fresh fish from around the world and other savory wood-grilled specialties, will be opening its third California location at the Westfield Valencia Town Center on Monday, Aug. 10.

The company is looking to hire 120 Santa Clarita Valley residents. Applications are being accepted for various positions including angler, host and kitchen staff. Founded in St. Petersburg, Fla., Bonefish grill now has more than 200 locations across the country and boasts a “culinary forward” menu of seasonal dishes and specials that feature the highest-quality, fresh ingredients, as well as a fun and lively atmosphere for dining, drinking, relaxing and socializing any day of the week.
