Bonefish Grill opened its doors last week at 24201 Valencia Blvd., in the Westfield Valencia Town Center. In honor of the grand opening and to demonstrate community support, Bonefish Grill held a Benefit Day to raise funds for the Boys and Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley to support the charities mission to enable all young people to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

Guests enjoyed restaurant favorites, refreshing cocktails, and spectacular ambiance and music — all for a great cause — raising $5,000 for the organization.

“We are thrilled to open our doors and become part of the Valencia community,” said Della Equipilaq managing partner of the Valencia Bonefish Grill. “Our team is excited to provide locals and visitors alike with the classic Bonefish Grill experience—from fresh fish and innovative dishes to warm hospitality and inviting atmosphere—our goal is to ensure exceptional dining from beginning to end.”

The award-winning restaurant’s “Fresh Fish Experts” bring wood-grilled fish, steaks and chops, innovative sauces and indulgent desserts to the Valencia community. Coupling great-tasting food with a welcoming bar that features an array of ‘bar-fresh’ cocktails, extensive craft beer selections and an adventurous wine list, Bonefish Grill excites and delights guests no matter what their mood.

Patrons can expect to dive into a culinary experience, choosing from signature appetizers including Bonefish Grill’s famous Bang Bang Shrimp® and main dishes such as the Spicy Tuna Bowl and a 13-oz Rib Eye Steak with choice of signature sauce. Should guests select a simply grilled fish, one of four signature seafood sauces and a seasonal side accompanies the dish.

The 5,430-square-foot restaurant will feature a spacious dining room with a large bar area that includes six community tables. Overall, the restaurant has a seating capacity for approximately 202 patrons, including 26 on the outdoor patio and a large bar area including five oversized community tables.

The interior’s sleek design features a beautiful interpretation of nature together with a big city vibe. Mangrove wall elements embody the connection of land and sea as light filters through warm earth tones and textured surroundings. Contemporary, clean and simple details transition between interior and exterior spaces with clean lines, warm and inviting textures and colors.

The Westwood location will serve dinner nightly, lunch Monday – Saturday and brunch on Sundays featuring a variety of Eggs Benedict dishes and Crème Brulee French Toast. Hours of operation will be:

* Monday – Thursday 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.

* Friday – Saturday 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.

* Sunday 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.
