The 76.6-mile-long Antelope Valley Line has the third-highest ridership in Metrolink’s system with an estimated average of 9,000 passengers daily. However, the uneven terrain and single-tracking along the line in some areas forces trains to travel at a slower speed which results in an estimated travel time of approximately one hour between Santa Clarita and Union Station.

RIP and condolences to her family and loved ones. Such a terrible occurrence, we seem to be having a rash of deaths lately in SCV. Very sad situations.
Carrie Gil Slakoff Danielle Slakoff-McLaughlin Gloria Slakoff Hernandez
Not again? condolences to her family?
?
Whats going on with bodies in cars lately?
I know! I sure as hell hope I’m not next…
City life
I live in Friendly Valley in Newhall. I never even knew there was a Happy Valley.
Can I have sex you ever passed away on the card so much and death is going on at Santa Clarita or maybe the newspaper has purposely advertising something that is a normal rate of incidents in Santa Clarita are you sure trying to drive the property value down with every one of these stories
Hahahaha. That’s funny. What an a-hole let’s not worry about people dying in the neighborhood let’s worry about the prices of homes going down to the point where it’s affordable. What a POS
whatever a lost life happens regardless it happened but the way this news feed sensationalize is the death rate in Santa Clarita it seems slanted in a direction thats has repercussions on home values just the way the cookie crumbles didn’t mean to make you angry
What does this have to do with having sex? ?
You’re kind of an idiot.
I CAN agree that the cookie has DEFINITELY crumbled.
Voice to text riddled grammatical errors I’ll try it again what I was saying is that scvtv Santa Clarita sensationalize the death rate in the environment that directly affects the home prices in the environment bad press carries through many hands
Huh???
What?
????
OMG REALLY???????
Melissa snuck into Pappy’s liquor cabinet
Good maybe people will be afford to live. You don’t even live here! All you care about is tricking fools that don’t know any better that are willing to pay triple for homes that are s*****, all so you can make a commission. Stick the Hollywood news and to Hollywood home sales too while you’re at it. Think we got enough real estate drama here without the help from people that don’t even live here. Next time you go to sell house in Santa Clarita why don’t you tell the people the truth tell them about all the death around here. Explain to them that Santa Clarita is filled with homeless children that are addicted to heroin
GMO??? For Rella
Somebody has lost a daughter, mother, sister… and you’re worried about a loss of commission???? Class act!
Moved into that town in 1978 my kindergarten class is theater number 2 at Edwards in Canyon Country when it was called Soledad elementary school I remember when Valencia was a joke of a community that was trying to start a city you buffoon
Brian Durant is a buffoon
Everybody should share that word call all the people you’re annoyed with buffoons it if you feel saucy call them a maroon
Everybody’s getting off topic I believe this so called news feed that we’re talking on is destroying outside perception of your community that will only affect the value of your property
You can voice text punctuation ??
Yes. I totally can. Thank you so much for pointing that out, what would have I done without you exclamation exclamation!
You sir are a maroon buffoon!!!
Have an ounce of class, someone’s family member just died!!!
I hope you never have to experience what this family is going through right now. But then again you strike me as the type who would eat his young!
Where is this just something in the water now out there that wasn’t when I was growing up what happened to me pointing out that this news feed sensationalize of death a lot I’m here like every day even the Daily News has criteria
Or if dude is a jackass. Simply call him a jackass.
Since I have your attention I was wondering should I take a typical cab, uber or lyft to the Burbank Airport
Tommy Rini shut the (your know what) up. Jerk!
This is why I greet everyone like they are my friends because that person may just need a smile or recognition.
God bless you!,I agree completely…If we had more people with the same attitude ,things would be different out here
Denise Logian Cruikshank, where is this street?

WTH is going on in Santa Clarita? So sad
Nothing is going on that’s out of the ordinary. Death is a part of life. This happens everywhere, every day.
All I can say is in the 20+ years that I’ve lived here this is the worse I have ever seen it. I think we are far from being one of the top safest cities anymore.
Liza Uriarte I keep telling you
Weird
Every other day for months
How sad.

Her name is Angela she’s been missing for a week.
So sorry Michele, I hope your cousin is OK.
Wth… hope she’s okay!
Thanks me too ?
Do you have a pic? We can start reposting and find her
I can get a pic. She’s missing from the valley but you never know.
Michele McNeill, I run an emergency page. Send me a photo and the information on when and where she was last seen and a full description of her. I will put up a list ASAP!
Yes Michele McNeill put her picture out there you never know.
Please give us details so we can keep an eye out Michele
Wasn’t her thankfully but so sorry for the loss of this young lady.
This is my cousin who is still missing. Her name is Angela Laspada she is missing from the valley.
It’s at the top of shadeland dr. Neighborhoods around that are is middle bank dr and cross st.
What the hell is going on out here Kris Tynn
Maybe she was sick and got overheated and noone helped her. My Mom fell right in front of her apartment last year in 106 degree weather and laid there on the hot asphalt for 3 hours til someone found her. My Mom passed a month or so later, 1 year ago yesterday because noone helped her. It makes me angry at people then again it makes me look to help more so noone feels that horrible helpless feeling i had. May this woman be at peace and her family have comfort.
So sorry for your loss
Thank u.
Jamie it’s right before Market St

Kerri Spurlin
Lol Justin Dubberke dick ?
I’m feeling super safe
Not so happy valley now is it?
inappropriate.
It’s inappropriate but a little funny.
I dont believe in coincidence, the odds that so many bodies are found dead in cars all of the sudden, in a rather short period of time, strikes me as odd. I also dont buy the argument that information is more readily available now so we hear about these suspicious deaths in real time. If it quacks like a duck.
People can be such jerks with their comments , this is someones loved one , put yourself in the familys place when they get the bad news , MY FAMILY , WE ARE DEVASTATED , WE HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER , MY NIECE , WHO HAS BEEN MISSING SINCE MAY 19 , we have no news and no leads , only that her car was found damaged and run off the road , from the scene , it has been confirmed she was taken by force , we have no news at all , she would NEVER leave her 2 yr old lil girl , EVER , what this family is going to go thru is devastating and it makes me very sad , my heart is breaking for them , so have a heart , one day , God forbid one of you may face this horrible situation , may God hold her forever in his glory ,
I’m so sorry your family is going through this. Bless you all! You will be in my prayers tonight
I’m with Dawn Martin, I’m so sorry you and your family are experiencing this:( mat she be found safely and come home to you very soon! Lots of prayers to her , her baby, you and your family
Thank you so much , CNNs Nancy Grace has been so kind to us as to cover our story , we have so much faith , we will find her , thank you
May God watch over her and bring her home safe. Prayers for you and your family.
Praying for you and for her safe return.

Yikes another one?
How sad
Desiree Db Aburto
RIP and hope the sheriffs can serve and not just call every death a suicide. Actually find the COD and not worry about stupid property value! Actually STEVE its not normal for the SCV, http://homicide.latimes.com/post/santa-clarita-violence/
Sad…yes its the 3rd body is the police investigating any further? ?
Kennede Morales
Sidney Oliver Lagarile
Ana Vargas
The article did not say this but Deputies believe it was a possible suicide, we will be following up Friday and will update the story
Prayers
What is going on in “awesome town” that there is a body every day being found under a bridge or in a car, or on the freeway. So sad.
:'(
so so sad.
i never saw a follow up on the young woman who went missing last week? she worked with homeless people & Real Life Church? she was last seen in the valley going to visit her new “homeless friend”. Does anybody know what happened to that story??
:(
I heard that she was found, at someone’s house. Not sure if it’s true, but she had stopped taking her meds (bipolar), and just didn’t think of checking in. The story kind of disappears. Apparently her mom wrote a thank you post on Facebook for everybody that prayed and shared her post.
soooo, she is okay?
She is back home. They said “other circumstances” were a factor. Whether that meant meds, or other facets of her life, we may never know. They do know that she did voluntarily leave.

Here we go again. Another dead body in Santa Clarita
So sorry to hear about this in the morning about my boss and good friend step daughter my condolences and prayers to his family
Alex Mario Murcia
My mom died of a heart attack in her car in Nordstrom’s parking garage in Glendale years ago. No one could help her cause her door was locked. Help came too late. These things happy every day and our city is no exception from these sad events. Just be glad that it’s not someone you love.
That is a difficult circumstance. I’m sorry for your heartbreak.
Sad whatever the circumstances are but if it is found to be another suicide that means there are many more people in our valley that are in desperate situations. The community needs to come together to help & support. Have been here since the 70’s and have never seen this many unusual deaths. Prayers to the family.
9 months 25 people murders in santa clarita something is happening why police don’t say nothing ?????
:'(
Happy valley ain’t so happy–scv can do its best to show people that scv is a good friendly town/valley but people who live in scv know cops are crooks the town is full of drugs and gangs…#bodycountscv
Alex Casimira Kiser

Enough with counting the dead bodies. She isn’t just another number, she was a beautiful and sweet girl that went way too soon. My prayers go out to Benoit and Gonzalez family.

Can anyone compose a gramatically correct sentence? Reading these comments is like deciphering some kind of code.
Why are so many people dying lately? It’s probably this hellish weather.
sad
May Gods comfort be with her family.
