ITS CRAZY U SEE HIS bLOOD ON THE WINDOW. WONDER I f THE DRIVER WAS MMSGING ON HIS FONE? SHOULD bE PAYING ATTENTION, ITS CRAZY OUT HERE
As the mother of my sweet son, Wyatt Savaikie killed by a red-light driver who also failed to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, killing my baby instantly, not even one skid mark, I feel horrible for the family of this person. I’m not sure of the circumstances but I do know this, these streets our not safe, we lost oir son, he was killed in an instant. Our son was in the right obeying all the rules and still and still we are enduring a loss, a pain that I wish no other had to face. While I’m here, I’d like to ask, where is the DA’s charges against the man that murdered our son? Further somehow these streets in oir valley need to be changed to reflect pedestrians, children, elderly. We all need to ne much more careful. My son is dead because someone wasn’t paying attention at 50 miles an hour. These major roadways that have to ne crossed to get to school, gyms, parks and more are dangerous and something needs to ne done to reflect pedestrians forced to use these roads,
SO so sad. RIP young man and prayers for the family.
R.I.P SHOCKING NEWS REALLY RESPRCFUL AND KIND YOUNG MAN MY CONDOLENCE GOES TO HIS FAMILY OUR FAMILY WILL BE PRAYING FOR THEM .. GOD BLESS HIS SOUL AND TO HIS FAMILIA..
Saying the accident happened between Nadal and Steinway covers quite a stretch of road, almost like saying something happened between Lyons & Valencia Blvd.
From the picture shown it appears the accident happened just south of Canyon Crest Dr before entrance to Monterra Ridge apartments, so seemingly, pedestrian was crossing middle of road. Regardless, I agree with Theresa that we all need to be more careful. R.I.P. young man.
