Pat Nason and Crew

Pat Nason & The Regular Crew are throwing an album release party Sunday night at the Wolf Creek Brewery off of Rye Canyon Loop in Valencia.

Stars of “House Blend” Season 5 on SCVTV, the Santa Clarita-based Americana group will spotlight songs from their new album, “All the Time in the World,” released the same day. And they’ll have a little help from a bunch of very talented musical friends.

The “All the Time in the World” All-Stars feature Susan T. Bull (aka Sue Bull), Lena Nason and Deborah Houston Cloer (vocals); Pat Nason, Jimmy Cotrill, David Fry, Joe Bull and Brian Alan Patterson (guitars); Matt Margucci (trumpet/harmonica/accordion/percussion); Arden Accord (fiddle/mandolin); Ed Pausic and Phil Sykes (bass); and Todd Szabo and Mark Davis (drums/percussion).

All-Stars Davis, Sykes and Accord are also members of The fahr.west Sessions, another great Santa Clarita Americana band that guested on “House Blend” in [Season 5]. Joe and Sue Bull also front the popular local blues band Bullfish.

Guitar-slinger Jimmy Cotrill and his band Bleu Skyes will open the album release party Sunday at 5:30 p.m., followed by the All-Stars’ set. A special set by L.A.-based country-blues band Spyder Blue will close the show.

The new album will be available at the gig and online at CD Baby as of Sunday.

Meanwhile, you can catch a preview of “All the Time in the World” and Sunday’s party on Saturday night. SCVTV’s “House Blend” hosted by yours truly presents an encore broadcast of Nason & The Regular Crew’s appearance earlier this year.

They perform live versions of four songs including “Twisted Little Things” and “Falling in Love With You,” both on the new CD. That’s 10 p.m. Saturday, right here on SCVTV and streaming at SCVHouseBlend.com.
