trolley_video_picOld Town Newhall will turn into a holiday wonderland on Saturday with local Girl Scouts hosting the “Reindeer Run for Hunger” event to benefit The Food Pantry.

The Old Town Newhall Vintage Christmas and Hanukkah celebration will take place on Saturday, Dec. 5 beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Main Street in Newhall.

Chef Herve from Culinary Wonders will be hosting a demonstration at 9 a.m., followed by story time and crafts at the Old Town Newhall Library.

The Farmers Market is hosting pony rides and petting zoo from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The “Reindeer Run for Hunger” is going to be held at the Farmers Market from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

“The Holly Trolley” will start at 10:30 a.m. at Heritage Junction and run continually through out the day up and down Main St.with four stops for Christmas shopping opportunities.

Heritage Junction Christmas Open house will start at 1 p.m. at the Ramona Chapel inside Heritage Junction will host an animal blessing.

Santa Claus will be inside the Newhall Ranch House. Santa’s live reindeer will be arriving around 3 p.m. next to the Newhall Ranch House.

You will be able to feed the reindeer their special food andtThe last stop for the trolley will be at 4:30 p.m. at Heritage Junction.

    OOOPS…you got your story mixed up a bit. The Farmers Mkt is hosting the Pony rides and petting zoo. From 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
