Ryan Smith, think about having that bright a light flash in your eyes unexpectedly as you’re driving. It could easily have caused someone to lose control or swerve unexpectedly. Being a stupid jackass is not a crime, but being a stupid jackass whose actions are likely to cause injury to passersby is a crime.
