The city of Santa Clarita is offering community members an exciting excursion to Santa Barbara happening Saturday, April 16, with the bus leaving at 8:30 a.m. and returning at 5:30 p.m.

Registration is now available online through the city’s rec1 system.

The trip will begin with a visit to the Santa Barbara Zoo, featuring over 160 species of animals overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Following the zoo, visit the famous Stearns Wharf, enjoy the beach or shop State Street. The trip includes transportation by charter bus and admission to the Santa Barbara Zoo.

Tickets are $39 per person for adults 13 and up, $44 per non-resident and $34 per person for children ages 2 to 12, $38 per non-resident. The trip will leave from The Centre at the Santa Clarita Sports Complex. Last day to register is April 8.
