OMG!!!!?
“We’re having to do an emergency suspension as we’re being evicted from that site,” said Richard Maher, USPS spokesman. “We’re relocating the PO Box service to the main Santa Clarita office on Creekside Road.”
The owners of Valencia Marketplace had a new tenant who sought a long-term lease at the location where the current temporary Newhall Post Office is at 25548 The Old Road, and the Post Office always planned to be there temporarily, Maher said. The arrangement made it impractical to negotiate a month-to-month option.
The new permanent Newhall Post Office location, which officials hope to have up and running by November, is located at 23736 Lyons Ave.
The plan is to have the new station running before the holidays, which is the Post Office’s busiest time of the year. The landlord worked with the U.S. Post Office, Maher said, but ultimately, legally notified USPS officials of the eviction July 27.
The last day of service at the old location will be Friday, Aug. 19

Details please
This is the Stevenson Ranch/ Valencia Marketplace location, no one else calls this place “Newhall,” so at first didn’t know what they were talking about.
— Terrible service here anyway, the rudest and slowest people working here, hope they’re not transferred over the new location!
— hilarious that people here are re-posting the article for others who can’t click on “read here.”
Maybe they’re been working at this PO?
