The Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk began mailing 1,861,686 Vote by Mail Ballots across Los Angeles County in preparation for the November 8 General Election.
Requesting a Vote by Mail ballot is easy and can be done online, or by using the back of the Official Sample Ballot. Voters who have applied for a Vote by Mail ballot can check the status of their ballot at lavote.net.
Voters who would like to drop off their VBM ballot before Election Day can visit one of 76 Vote by Mail ballot drop-off locations within LA County. Find the nearest location and hours at lavote.net.
Vote by Mail voters who choose to vote at their polling place on Election Day may do so, but they must bring their VBM ballot to surrender at their polling place.

Beginning January 1, 2015 all Vote by mail ballots postmarked by Election Day will be counted if received within three (3) days by the by the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (E.C. § 3020).

I registered on line . I received a letter stating my address was a commercial, filled it out stating we live at the business. My husband received his ballot which I filled out along with mine. Please advise
