Join us for the free 10th Annual Family Literacy Festival on Saturday, Nov. 12, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Old Town Newhall Library, located at 24500 Main Street. Residents of all ages are encouraged to attend the celebration.
The event will commence with a welcome and book reading from Mayor Bob Kellar. Students, teachers, artists, and education enthusiasts from Santa Clarita will be partnering on interactive stations inspired by the theme “Explore Your World.” Free books will be provided to children and teens up to 12th grade, while supplies last. The first 1,000 children to attend will receive a free 10th Annual Family Literacy Festival bag.
