Crime Information and Public Safety Report for Castaic / Val Verde (Zone 2): Week of October 31, 2016 – November 6, 2016
The following crimes were reported this period:
11/03/16
Petty Theft- 28000 block of Witherspooon Parkway
The business reported an employee stole several CDs from the location while working. The suspect left work after lunch and did not return.
11/6/16
Grand Theft Auto- 31000 block of Nichols Lane
The victim reported a white 2001 Ford E-150 van was stolen from his driveway. The vehicle was taken at 12:00 p.m.
Please remember to never leave valuables in plain view in your vehicle, close and lock your doors. Minimize your risk and avoid being the victim of a crime of opportunity.
