Isn’t that the same driver who tried to run that motorcyclist off the road?
That was a Nissan, this is a Toyota Matrix
I found the artical actually. Similar names and ages but not the same.

I saw one early Saturday
Look George Gomez this is the car we saw yesterday coming down to the valley
Rose Ocampo
Omg! It did look super bad when we passed. May The person in the car RIP
Sad ?
The freeway is not a place to just pullover to the side of the road and chill. DUI drivers zoom in on these cars every time
The evidence of the victim “chilling”, is what ?
The fact that No mechanical breakdown of vehicle was stated as of yet. So you Robyn Moore can have a tall glass of shut the hell up!
George Mace wow speculate a lot? Let the investigating tell what happened, it’s never an over night answer.
This is Facebook and whether I am right or wrong it doesn’t matter. But the majority of the time I’m dead ? on!
Target fixation is a thing. It is reasonable to educate people about it, but this comment appears to be blaming the victim.
I’m totally not blaming the victim. The drunk driver is a selfish irresponsible asshole and now has to live with someone else’s blood on their hands. In regards to the victim as I would tell any friends or family do not increase the odds of tragedy happening to you via pulling of on the side of the road unless you have to.
Are you serious? Where did you get your license. The right shoulder is for emergencies???
Even if my engine light came on? Not thinking about a DUI driver.
If your engine light comes on what the hell are you able to do about it on the freeway??? Get off the freeway as soon as you can and pull into a gas ⛽️ station. Are you seriously that dense??
George Mace Never met a more immature individual on this site. Where are you supposed to pull off. You wouldn’t know. Karma!
Your poor son. What a role model you are as a father. Come on son they should have gotten off at the exit. I’m drunk but they should have gotten off three exits before so I didn’t hit them son. Glad you weren’t my dad.
Are you ok dad?
Lol ? unfortunately, I can’t say you are the biggest idiot on Facebook because I’ve seen worse but you’re on your way. Keep chugging away the little engine ? that could!
Kj Allen He has kids. Great role model. Now none of us can pull over???
Eileen Majors what in the hell are you talking about?? You’re a dumbass b!tch! Now have a tall glass of shut the Hell up and get back in the kitchen and make me a sandwich!
Pulling over on the freeway should be your last resort…. this is the same thing that killed the two kids and two adults on the 10 freeway last week. If my car is able to keep going, I’m pulling off the freeway. If I can’t, I’m staying in my car with my seatbelt on and calling the appropriate help. Unfortunately you have to protect yourself and think about the idiots, because if you don’t… who will? That isn’t excusing the drunk driver by any means and I truly believe we need much harsher consequences for DUIs…. because so many of them are repeat offenders. ? may this poor persons soul Rest In Peace and may his family find comfort during this nightmare.
Kristin Sterling I agree with everything you said except for one thing… if your stuck on the freeway wait for help outside and away from your car ?. Do you ever come across people stuck on the shoulder on the freeway and they’re sitting up on the berm away from their car it’s to protect them from getting hit
Judith
When are people going to learn that drunk driving is the stupidest decision to make, I guess when someone they love is affected but I don’t even think that will do it
It’s worse than using Facebook while you’re driving. Wow DUI dummy
Well maybe
Ronald Borrego
