Yup that’s what I think also. There was a dispute between boyfriend and girlfriend once, there were 3 police cars, a fire truck, and a guy from the Signal Newspaper. ??????
That’s actually pretty spot on. Traffic tickets are nothing more than additional tax revenue – Will not prevent traffic accidents and fatalities, nor reduce them (that have increased tenfold out here), that’s more due to some pretty piss poor street planning, with out of sync signals — mixed with over growing population. Red light cameras was another tax revenue (scam) that did not reduce red light accidents. Reality is SCV has become the San Fernando Valley. Crime will continue to increase, especially when the economy levels or reverts back.

With the increased crime we can go ahead and thank everyone that voted to let inmates out early . Also you can thank your city for posting stupid signs in other city’s as well as magazines and the radio stating how safe it is out here and crime is very low. Morons!!!!!!!!!
