Ground has been broken on phase one of the project, which is part of a larger 132-acre site approved for up 4.2 million square feet of industrial space. Phase one is expected to begin delivering commercial space during the third quarter of 2018. It covers 869,760 Square Feet and plans to include seven buildings.
The very desirable site is strategically located with easy access to the San Fernando Valley, Burbank Airport, LAX, Downtown LA and ports.

Yes, many know about this site as we slowly pass by every morning stuck in gridlocked traffic. What we still don’t know is, what the plan is for added truck and auto traffic serving the site. A tighter bottleneck could not have been found to clog further. And 54 acres is only the first phase of 132. btw- should you wish to attend the luncheon, that’ll set you back 50-.
