Good. Tired of seeing people digging through the Salvation Army parking lot!
Were the two women transients?
The pieces of crap go thru donations at goodwill early am. I told them I would call the police on them..lousy assholes
No names. Sounds like a made for tv cop show plot, starring Amy Schumer and Ashley Judd.
” a free ride…” your generosity leaves me speechless!!!??? good job as always!
Another half story. Where did this happen? Who are the suspects? Where are they from? Do they have long criminal histories? How about a booking photo so when they are released we know who they are?
Where has all the good reporting gone these days?
What time were they cited and released?
Gary M Steiner probably cited them out in the back seat of their patrol car.
David Enriquez arrests provide some momentary good feelings, but what happens afterwards is actually more important. If the offender(s) isn’t held accountable, they can be arrested a hundred times and the community isn’t made any safer. Offenders need to be dealt with by the courts and incarceration isn’t even an option if facilities aren’t built or staffed, and this is where leftists politicians have led us.
Gary M Steiner all true. ??
Well now that everyone has had a chance to be snarky and judgmental, how about we pray for them? They are addicts who need help. If they are homeless how do you know that they weren’t trying to find coats or warm clothes?
It doesn’t sound like they were rich woman taking advantage of donations. Were they even in a car?
Sounds like they were the type of people who need the help of places like the Good Will.
Maybe the unloaded gun one woman had was to protect her on the streets? Maybe to scare away someone trying to hurt her.
I don’t know their situation but heroin and meth are what leads to deaths here in Santa Clarita and I am glad they are now hopefully being connected with rehab services and court oversight to help them out of a bad cycle before they are the next local young people dead on our streets from overdose.
So weird that people contribute to the Good Will to help people with addiction but will name call and demean as if they have no value drug addicts.
I am glad the Deputies found them and arrested them but see people who need help not “pieces of crap” as one of you said.
They had drugs on them and took old, used donated clothes. Why should their pictures be out there?
Did they murder someone? They need help.
I know I am not the only one who supports the Sheriffs dept AND wants help for the addicted without judgment.
