iLEAD Agua Dulce, a free public charter school serving grades TK through 6, has been approved to open in the fall and began enrolling families this week.
The school’s charter was granted by a unanimous vote of the Acton-Agua Dulce Unified School District governing board.
The school will offer iLEAD’s acclaimed Project-Based and Social-Emotional Learning approach, a curriculum designed to equip students with the critical thinking, problem-solving and entrepreneurial skills necessary to succeed in a 21st-century world.
iLEAD Agua Dulce will offer site-based learning as well as independent study, catering to the unique needs of families in the area.
“We’re grateful to the governing board for recognizing the value of our specialized curriculum and incredible learning environment,” said Amer Kuric, CEO of iLEAD Schools. “iLEAD believes each child should be equipped with the skills and knowledge to achieve his or her fullest potential, and we look forward to serving children and families across the Agua Dulce community.”
iLEAD Agua Dulce is hosting an information night for prospective families on Thursday, July 12 at 6 p.m. at 11311 Frascati Street, Agua Dulce 91390.
