The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Peer-to-Peer Education Program is a free, ten session course for adults living with mental health challenges.

This program provides an education setting focused on recovery that offers respect, understanding, encouragement, and hope.

The NAMI Peer-to-Peer education program is:
• Free and confidential
• Held (once) a week for two hours
• Taught by trained Peer Mentors living in recovery themselves
• A great resource for information on mental health and recovery

This is a 8-Week Program that meets:
Fridays, Sept. 13 – Nov. 1 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Where: Community Education at Henry Mayo Fitness and Health 24525 Town Center Drive, Valencia, 91355.

The program is free to the community. However, registration is required.
