At the direction of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, KH Consulting Group is conducting an independent study to identify strengths and challenges of L.A. County’s current governance model and make recommendations for actionable change.
As an important part of this effort, KH will host a number of in-person and virtual L.A. County Listening Sessions. We invite representatives from interested community based organizations, non-governmental organizations, and other representative organizations to join us.
Session participants will learn more about L.A. County governance and have the opportunity to share relevant experiences and ideas for enhancing County services and ensuring inclusivity and transparency.
