Jim and Bobbi Jean Bell, of OutWest, invite you to join their featured artists for the opening of the November art show and sale Art Beyond Control: The Art of Ken Lubas and Jason Lubas.
A Native American Blessing Ceremony led by Ken Lubas’ spiritual leader, Ted Garcia, wiil kick off the exhibit opening at 4:00pm. Thursday.
Honored by the Chumash with the name “True Eyes,” Ken Lubas portrays Native American lifestyle through his camera lens. Equally captivated by the natural landscape, he is drawn to eagles, wolves, bison, and horses.
Jason Lubas
Jason Lubas follows in his father’s footsteps capturing the West with his own unique view. Like his father, Jason is drawn to the natural landscape but is also intrigued by vehicles of Westward travel including trains, wagons, and automobiles.
You are invited to take a journey into the West, as seen through their eyes and captured by their lenses.
Exhibition continues through November 28.
