Come together and celebrate a milestone rooted in comunidad, culture and connection as the Newhall Community Center marks 20 years of service with a free outdoor anniversary celebration.

For two decades, the center has been more than a building, it has been a place where families gather, traditions are shared and neighbors of all ages feel a sense of belonging.

The celebration will take place on Saturday, Jan. 24, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Newhall Community Center, located at 22421 Market St.,Newhall, CA 91321.

This family-friendly event will feature live mariachi music, special performances by the Newhall Community Center Folklórico and the Ciudad de Santa Clarita All-Student Mariachi, along with art activities, food and hands-on fun for all ages.

For 20 years, the Newhall Community Center has been a place where generations come together to learn, stay active and spend time with one another. From youth and teen programs to fitness classes, creative workshops and opportunities for older adults to stay engaged, the center reflects the people and everyday experiences that shape life in Newhall. This anniversary celebration honors the residents, families, staff, volunteers and community partners who have shaped the Center’s story, while inviting the community to continue creating shared memories.

Community members of all ages are encouraged to attend and be part of this special day. Whether you’ve grown up attending programs at the Newhall Community Center or are joining us for the first time, this celebration is an opportunity to reconnect, celebrate culture and feel at home with the community.
