Comedy Mashup is a group of working comedians and improvisers from all over Los Angeles that come together once a month to put on a show that is half stand-up comedy and half improv. Headliner Eliot Chang has appeared on Comedy Central’s “The Half Hour” and E!’s “Chelsea Lately,” as well as on Showtime, HBO and YouTube, with over 18 million views.

The show is Friday, Oct. 5, at 8 p.m., and is geared toward an adult audience. Tickets are $12 presale and $18 on the day of the show.

The Society Comedy Troupe is bringing hilarious and energetic team improv to The MAIN. Similar to the TV show, “Whose Line Is It Anyway,” they ask for audience participation while creating improvised music, comedy and scenes.

The show is Saturday, Oct. 6, at 8 p.m., and is appropriate for all ages. Tickets are $12 for seniors and students and $15 for all others.

Olive Branch Theatricals presents a fun-filled, interactive new twist on one of your fairy tale favorites, “Little Red Riding Hood,” as she skips through the dark and dingy forest followed by….well, you will have to wait and see. This show is appropriate for all ages and a howling good time will be had by all.

Performance dates and times are Oct. 6 and 27 at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and Oct. 28 at 2 p.m. A sensory sensitive performance is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 7, at 2 p.m. and will be brighter and quieter, to better accommodate families with special needs. Tickets are $12.

Eclipse Theatre Company presents “And Then There Were None,” a play based on the book of the same name, written by crime writer Agatha Christie. It’s 1939, and a group of unlikely guests are invited to a house on an island off the coast of Massachusetts by a mysterious host. They all have dark secrets to hide. As they start dying off in ways reflected by a nursery rhyme, suspicions grow, alliances are made and survival is the name of the game.

The performance runs Oct. 12-21 at the following times: Fridays at 8 p.m., Saturdays at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., and Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15 for seniors and students and $20 for adults.

Kick off your Halloween festivities with the 1975 cult classic “The Rocky Horror Picture Show.” Sweethearts Brad and Janet are stuck with a flat tire during a storm and discover the eerie mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a transvestite scientist. As their innocence is lost, Brad and Janet meet a houseful of wild characters, including a rocking biker and a creepy butler. Through elaborate dances and rock songs, Dr. Frank-N-Furter unveils his latest creation: a muscular man named “Rocky.”

Dress in costume and let’s do the Time Warp again at two screenings on Oct. 26 and 27, at 11:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.
