20. Notice is hereby given that any person violating a provision of this grant is guilty of
a misdemeanor pursuant to Section 22.242.030 of the County Code. Notice is further
given that the Regional Planning Commission ("Commission'J or a Hearing Officer may,
after conducting a public hearing in accordance with Section 22.238.040, et seq. of the
County Code, revoke or modify this grant, if the Commission or Hearing Officer finds
that these conditions have been violated or that this grant has been exercised so as to
be detrimental to the public's health or safety or so as to be a nuisance, or as otherwise
authorized pursuant to Chapter 22.238 of the County Code.

In addition to, or in lieu of, the provisions just described, the Permittee shall be subject
to a penalty for violating any provision of this grant in an amount determined by the
Director of Regional Planning, not to exceed $1,000 per day per violation.
The Director has determined the penalties for violating provisions of the CUP
enumerated herein are as follows:
1. $1,000.00 per day for violation of Condition 68, commencing from the date of
April 15, 2020;

2. $1,000 per day for violation of Conditions 77, commencing from May 1, 2020;
3. $1,000 per day for violation of Condition 79, commencing from May 1, 2020; and
4. $500 per day for violation of Condition 113, commencing from February 15,
2020.
