            ORDER OF THE HEALTH OFFICER

                                                    ADDENDUM #2 TO
                               SAFER AT HOME ORDER FOR CONTROL OF COVID-19
                        Conditional and Limited Reopening of Certain Lower-Risk
                           Retail Businesses, Golf Courses, and Public Spaces

                                         Date Addendum Issued: May 8, 2020

                           Please read this Order carefully. Violation of or failure to comply
                         with this Order is a crime punishable by fine, imprisonment, or both.
                (California Health and Safety Code §120295; Los Angeles County Code § 11.02.080.)


               SUMMARY OF THE ORDER: This Addendum to the April 10, 2020 County of Los
               Angeles Health Officer Order (Order) amends the Order to allow certain specified
               types of lower-risk retail businesses to reopen for sales and service transactions made
               via curbside pick-up or delivery only. In order for these lower-risk retail businesses
               listed in this Addendum #2 to reopen, each must make the appropriate adaptations
               required by the State Public Health Officer and implement and post the Los Angeles
               County Department of Public Health Reopening Protocol for Retail Establishments,
               attached to this Addendum. Where one exists, the business-, sector-, or public space-
               specific Reopening Protocol must be used.

               This Addendum permits the reopening of all previously closed public trails and
               trailheads within the County of Los Angeles Public Health Jurisdiction. At these
               recreational spaces, the public must practice Social (Physical) Distancing and comply
               with all access and use restrictions attached to this Addendum, in the Los Angeles
               County Department of Public Health Reopening Protocol for Use of Public Trails.

               Additionally, this Addendum permits the reopening of public and private golf courses.
               Each golf course must comply with use and infection control protocols attached to this
               Addendum, in the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health Reopening of
               Protocol for Golf Courses.

               Lastly, this Addendum permits the reopening of new and used auto sales dealerships
               and operations. As a condition of reopening, these auto sales businesses must
               implement the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health Reopening Protocol
               for Car Dealerships, attached to this Addendum.

                              UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF CALIFORNIA HEALTH AND
                              SAFETY CODE SECTIONS 101040, 101085, AND 120175,
                           THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES HEALTH OFFICER ORDERS:

               1) Lower-risk non-essential retail businesses that are listed in subsections (a)-(f) below,
                   and not located within an indoor mall, may reopen for the sale of goods or services,
                   but may only provide these goods and services to customers via curbside, or outside
                   of the store or facility, pick-up or delivery. Only employees may enter into the lower-
                   risk non-essential retail business; customers must remain outside the store or facility
                   at all times while practicing Social (Physical) Distancing, as provided in Paragraph 14
                   of the April 10, 2020 Order. Before reopening, these lower-risk non-essential retail
                   businesses must make the adaptations and implement the infection control
                   precautions required by the State Public Health Officer, and implement and post the
