What a joke. So now the county doesn’t even want to spend their own money to count the vagrants wandering the river?! I hope no one is foolish enough to risk their health and/or their safety to go out at night when these drug addicts are all high and the most dangerous. Perfect time to walk into one of these vagrant camps is in the dark when they are all out of their minds on meth….
