Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Lancaster Station seek the public’s assistance in locating Layyana Hawkins, a 16-year-old black female who was reported missing from Lancaster on Sunday, Dec. 9.
Hawkins was dropped off at a Taco Bell in Lancaster, CA by her mother. According to her mother, a friend was to pick up Layanna to spend the night at the friend’s house.
Hawkins refused to come home the following day, and her mother believes she boarded a train to Los Angeles, CA.
Hawkins is described as 5’3”, 200 lbs., dark curly hair, brown eyes and pierced ears.
