Holly Schroeder, President and CEO of the Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corporation joins VIA to discuss the basics of economic development as well as explore what lies ahead for the SCV in the near term and looking into the future.
The next VIA luncheon is on Tuesday, March 21 at 11:45 a.m. at the Valencia Country Club, and will be discussing the basics of economic development.
The luncheon will also touch on the growing economics of the Santa Clarita Valley, aiming to answer these questions: what is next for the Santa Clarita Valley? We all know the SCV is growing, but how and where and when? What are the factors that will influence that growth? How does that growth align with our desire to maintain our quality-of-life?
Members and Sponsored Guests can reserve tickets by March 16 and pay $45 for their tickets. After March 16, tickets go up to $50, if seats are still available. Non-members will pay $65.
The event is by reservation only and luncheon payments must be made on or before the luncheon date. RSVP no later than Thursday, March 16 to the VIA office through (661) 294-8088 or through the VIA Website: https://via.org/Calendar/EventDetails.aspx?id=880.
“No shows” or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be billed.
Attendees without reservations will be assessed an additional $10.00 fee for the luncheon.
