Single Mothers Outreach is partnering with the California Beer Festival to bring a new event to the Santa Clarita Valley on Saturday, May 7, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Central Park.
This family-friendly event promises to showcase the best barbecue and barbecue sauce in the state, paired with some amazing craft beers on tap. Guests will not only be able to chow down on delicious barbecue but also will be marinated by the sound of four live bands while they shop from a variety of sauce and outdoor vendors.
General admission is $10 and includes entry and live entertainment. There is no beer or barbecue sampling on Saturday but will be available for purchase.
Kids 12 and under get in free and can access a large Kid Zone, with rides available for additional purchase.
Single Mothers Outreach will receive 30 percent of ticket proceeds to help fund programs for single parents living in Santa Clarita.
“We are grateful to the California Beer Festival for giving us the opportunity to receive 30 percent back from ticket sales,” said Executive Director DaAnne Smith.
