No injuries were reported after three vehicles collided near the intersection of Bouquet Canyon Road and Cinema Drive Friday morning, according to authorities.
The Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station received a call at 8:40 a.m., said Sgt. Shoemaker late Friday morning.
“The deputies put out a call about a three-vehicle collision and they requested additional deputies and the Fire Department,” Shoemaker said.
“We got a call this morning at 8:40, units were on scene at 8:45 and (the incident) was closed at 8:56,” said Vanessa Lozano, Los Angeles County Fire Department spokesperson.
“It was at Bouquet Canyon Road and Cinema Drive,” she said. “There was a request for an ambulance, and then they canceled that request, and there’s no further information. It doesn’t seem like anything significant because it closed so fast.”
“The deputies in the field didn’t call us to tell us specifically what happened, which they typically don’t unless it’s a fatal,” Shoemaker said. “So I don’t even know if it was an injury or non-injury or what.”

WHen will we learn that we are not the only ones on the road?
Bouquet Cyn needs to be 6 lanes, 3 in either direction, from Cinema through to at least Oak Ridge. Having the right lane end at Cinema is dangerous if you’re in a big pack of cars heading south from Bouquet Junction.
