Town Center Drive

The 8th annual Soroptimist International of Greater Santa Clarita Valley Wine Affair returns to Town Center Drive. Shops, wine vendors and restaurants will join together and host a delicious selection of wines and appetizers with live entertainment as guests stroll from venue to venue.

Barrel Sponsor – Pam Ingram
As Previous Past President of SIGSCV and Chair of The Wine Affair this year, it is my pleasure to be a Barrel Sponsor in support of our club’s mission.
Being more of a consultant than a salesperson, Pam Ingram is one of the top Realtors working at RE/MAX of Santa Clarita.  She is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and has received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. She has also been awarded the Five Star Professional Award for Real Estate for 2014 and 2015, an accolade given upon the recommendations of her past clients and affiliates.
Pam embarked on a career in real estate in 1994 and, in 1995, returned to the Santa Clarita Valley.  “Clients for a Lifetime” serves as her motto and herself on the fact that 90% of their business is return or referred clients.  So whether you are a first time buyer, a move up or downsizing, buying a new home or selling a home, when Personal Attention Matters, call PAM.
Pam has always believed that giving back to the community that supports her is very important.  So along with SIGSCV Pam contributes time and resources to many non- profits in Santa Clarita Valley.

Food & Beer Sponsor – Wolf Creek Restaurant & Brewing Company and Wolf Creek Brewery
It doesn’t get any better than Wolf Creek Restaurant & Brewing Co. in the Fall.  Come in for our Fall seasonal brew, Punkin’weizen, on tap, root for your favorite NFL team while winning prizes, and eat the SCV voted Best American Food in town!  If there is an NFL game on (we get every game) it is Happy Hour in the bar.  Why are we Santa Clarita’s favorite local restaurant?  Special creations cooked up fresh every day, a broad menu with all of your long time favorites, and you can top it off with desserts created on-site by Meghan, our pastry chef.  Not to mention all of the award winning beers brewed by our own Brew Master, Rob McFerren, available for your liquid enjoyment.
For the beer lovers come visit Wolf Creek Brewery, our production brewery and tasting room, for an even broader beer-centric experience.  It is a great place to hang with friends:  whether you play some games, watch a sporting event, or just hang out on the patio and watch the sunset.
Thinking about a party during the holiday season, Wolf Creek’s banquet room is perfect for any occasion.  Comfortable, reasonable, and the mess stays with us.   Want to take the party to your home, business, or favorite venue?  Wolf Creek offers full catering services for every kind of event and budget.  Make your party special and save all of the work for us.
If you are new to town or just haven’t made it over to Wolf Creek Restaurant & Brewing Co., come in and let your server know it is your first time and your first house-made dessert is us.  Be warned our desserts are highly addictive and habit forming!
Great food, fantastic brews, large portions, and a warm welcoming atmosphere have made Wolf Creek Santa Clarita’s choice for over 17 years.

Wine Sponsor – Nuggucciet Cellars
Russ and Nancy Briley fell in love with the idea of making wine in 2008. They were attending the wine studies program at COC and had the opportunity to make wine from a kit and then some home wine from backyard grapes. They completed the Wine Studies Program in 2011 and received their wine studies certificate of completion. Once they obtained their licensing, they were able to make wine in Ventura County.
Since then they have made and sold Pinot Noir from Santa Maria Valley, Sta. Rita Hills and Oregon’sWillamette Valley. Their Pinot Noir’s have won Gold and Silver medals at the Orange County Fair and Nuggucciet Cellars has received 90 plus ratings on all of their Pinot Noirs through 2012. The 2013 has just been released and they are expecting great ratings on them as well.
The name Nuggucciet is pronounced “NEW” GAA” “SHAY” and is named after their two dogs Nugget and Gucci.

Music Sponsor – Hagen Jazz

Hagen Jazz is a four-piece instrumental jazz group. Its members include Jim Hagen – guitar, Rod Bennett – vibes, Lance Allyn – drums and Roger Brooks – bass. The band has played at various venues around the SCV including the Valencia Wine Company. Jim Hagen released a CD a couple of years ago. His single from the CD, ‘Midnight Drive’, is being played regularly on Jango radio and is one of the top downloaded songs for the year 2014 on All About Jazz. If you want a free download of Midnight Drive, just go to the link above! Hagen Jazz will be playing all types of jazz including classic, contemporary, straight-ahead, Latin, ballads, standards, and some new originals from a soon-to-be-released album.

The 76.6-mile-long Antelope Valley Line has the third-highest ridership in Metrolink’s system with an estimated average of 9,000 passengers daily. However, the uneven terrain and single-tracking along the line in some areas forces trains to travel at a slower speed which results in an estimated travel time of approximately one hour between Santa Clarita and Union Station.
